Maintaingo Privacy Policy
DeLapp Design, Inc. (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”), cares about protecting Your information. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy describes how We collect, store, and use information obtained from You in connection with the operation of the Maintaingo.com web site (the “Site”) and the tools, resources, products, online accounts, and services offered in association with the Site (the “Services”). By visiting the Site and/or using or accessing any Service, You consent to the collection, storage, and use of data as described herein, as well as the terms of the Maintaingo Terms of Service Agreement, of which this Privacy Policy forms a part. The terms “You” and “Your” shall refer to you as an individual, any company or other legal entity on behalf of which you visit, access, or use the Site or any Service, and all employees and agents of any such entity.
If You do not agree to collection, storage, and use of data as described herein, You must not visit, access, or otherwise use the Site or any Service. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, and Your continued visitation, access, or other use of the Site or any Service represents Your agreement to any such modifications.

Information Collection
We collect information from visitors to the Site and from those who create an account, purchase a subscription, or otherwise use or access the Services. We may collect technical and navigational information, through automatic data collection tools or otherwise, including operating system information, web browser information, language preference, account and log-in information, internet service provider information, network information, computer or mobile device information, Internet Protocol address, geographic location, last-visited web site, and actions You take while navigating the Site or using the Services (such as pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access, etc.).
Publicly Accessible Information. We may collect publicly accessible information, such as any information You post to a portion of the Site that is accessible to the general public, which may include blog comments, product reviews, or testimonials, or that You otherwise approve for public dissemination.
Automatic Data Collection Tools
We employ commonly-used automatic data collection tools, which may include cookies, browser storage, and web beacons, which gather data from visitors to the Site, in order to improve user experience and better understand how visitors use the Site. A cookie is a small text file, which is stored on Your computer, phone, or other computing device (“Device”) by the Site in order to recognize Your Device at recurring visits. When using the Site, third parties (e.g., Google Analytics) may collect personally identifiable information about Your online activities over time and across different Web sites.
Your web browser may allow You reject and/or delete some of the automatic data collection tools that We employ through the Site. However, this may degrade the functionality and/or performance of the Site and/or Services. We do not currently modify any data collection activities based on the presence or absence of any “do not track” signal from a user’s web browser.
Information Use
We use information that We collect from You only for the purpose of facilitating, operating, improving, providing, marketing, and supporting the Site and the Services, as well as incidental actions such as billing and payment for the Services. Examples of how We use information We collect from You are provided in this Privacy Policy. We will never sell or otherwise share Personally Identifiable Information collected from You in any way that is inconsistent with purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Providing and Improving the Site and Services. We use information collected from You in order to operate and provide the Site and Services. For example, We will use identification and contact information that You provide in order to create Your account and to communicate with You regarding Your Services subscription. When you submit a ticket request, We will use the information in that request in order to provide the requested Services and to communicate with you regarding those Services and any additional information We may require to perform those Services. We also use domain name information and online hosting account information provided by You in order to provide Services related the domain names and web sites for which You purchase subscriptions. We may also use information collected from You and other Site visitors or Services customers in planning and implementing improvements, analyzing trends, and administering the Site and Services. We may use automatic data collection tools to save Your preferences, login information, and other information regarding Your use of the Site, in order to provide personalized and/or more convenient Site functionality.
Marketing and Research. We may use information collected from You for marketing purposes and/or research purpose. For example, We may use contact and identification information You provide to contact You regarding Your interest in or satisfaction with various Services, or to otherwise inform You of developments associated with Our business. We may use automatically collected Site navigational information in order to research visitor behavior and improve the layout of the Site. Financial and Billing. We may use financial and billing information collected from You in order to collect fees or otherwise process payments owed by You to Us, but only in accordance with the terms of the Maintaingo Terms of Service Agreement or as otherwise explicitly authorized by You.

We only disclose information collected from You to third parties as necessary or appropriate to facilitate, operate, improve, provide, market, and support the Site and the Services, as well as incidental actions such as billing and payment for the Services. We take all available measures to select affiliates and service providers that are ethical and provide reasonable privacy protection to their customers and the community. We do not make any representations about the practices and policies about these companies. Examples of cases in which We may disclose information collected from You to third parties are provided in this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Service Providers. Some of the tools employed through the Site and in connection with the Services are provided or operated by third parties. Use of such third-party services often requires sharing information obtained from You with such third parties in order for such services to work. For example, We may use Google Analytics or other third-party web analytics providers to obtain analysis of web traffic and navigational data regarding how users find and interact with the Site. We may use Securi or other third-party security scanning providers to perform security checks on the web sites of customers who sign up for Services subscriptions. We may store certain information on cloud-based servers provided by Amazon Web Services or other third party cloud storage or hosting providers. We may share billing or payment information collected from You with Your credit card company, financial institution, or third-party payment processors. We may also share Your contact information with third parties who provide contact-management services for Us or otherwise help Us to keep in touch with Site users and to market the Site and Services. In any event, We will only share Your information with such trusted third parties for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy and the Maintaingo Terms of Service Agreement.
Communications. In the course of communicating through telephone, internet, email, SMS, or other electronic messaging services, We may necessarily share information collected from You (e.g., the text of a Services request) with the third parties providing such communications mechanisms.
Aggregate Data. From time to time, We may share aggregate, non-personally-identifiable information regarding the use of the Site or Services (e.g., the percentage of customers who use a certain feature, or the average length of time a user is logged in to their Maintaingo account or portal) for research, publication, or business development purposes.
Enforcement of Rights and Legal Process. We may disclose information collected from You in response to a subpoena, in support of a law enforcement investigation, or to the extent We otherwise believe it is necessary or appropriate, in Our sole discretion, to protect or enforce Our legal rights or those of a third party and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal obligation.
Public Disclosure. In the case of any information You post to a portion of the Site that is accessible to the general public, which may include blog comments, product reviews, or testimonials, such information may be disclosed to and accessed by the public at large.
Sale of Assets. In the event We sell or otherwise transfer all or substantially all of Our assets or the Maintaingo business, We may transfer information collected from You in connection with the Site or Services along with such assets.
Information Retention
We will retain the information We collect from You for a reasonable time, based on the nature of the information, in Our sole discretion. Such information may be stored on Our devices as well as servers operated remotely by third party contractors.
International Storage and Communication
Any information We collect from You, that You communicate to Us, or that we communicate to You may be stored on servers and/or transmitted through media located in and/or outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
Scope of Privacy Policy and Third Party Sites
This policy does not apply to entities that are not owned or controlled by Us. The Site may contain links to web sites operated by third parties. Please understand that We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third party sites.
Modifying Personal Information and Contacting Us
If You have created an account with Us and wish to change or update personally identifiable information that We have collected from You, You may be able to do so by logging into Your account dashboard and navigating to Your Account Details. Communications Opt-Out
From time to time, We may use Your contact information to send newsletters or other marketing or business development communications to You regarding Us, the Site, or the Services. If You wish to opt out of receiving such communications, You may do so by emailing info@maintaingo.com. Doing so will not opt You out of receiving transactional information related to the Services.
Changes to this Policy
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be available at www.maintaingo.com/privacy or a similar page of the Maintingo.com web site and will be effective immediately upon publication. If You have provided other contact information to Us, We may also endeavor to identify any modifications of this Privacy Policy using such contact information. Nonetheless, We recommend that You regularly review this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to ensure that any modifications are acceptable to You.
